- "High education (Qualification: management, business process management, IT);
- Work experience of at least 5 years as a business process analyst / business process manager in manufacturing companies, branching companies
- Experience in implementing process management methodology;
- Experience in conducting business analysis, description and optimization of business processes;
- Skills for preparation structural unit documents;
- Experience in using Sigma 6 methodology;
- Business process modeling skills;
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements;
- Skills for preparation technical tasks for process automation;
- Skills for building and documenting business processes.
- Development and implementation of process management methodology (preparation of process map, identification of key processes, determination of authority and responsibility of process owners, requirements and processes' KPI, implementation of description methodology);
- Setting and support framework for business analyses, process change management, implementation and support Business Process management toolset
- Preparation of the Company's regulatory documents and process regulations;
- Formation and up-to-date support of a single business process classifier.
