Hypo- and avitaminosis of vitamin B6. Complex treatment of the toxicosis in pregnancy, atherosclerosis, anaemias (including sideroblastic anaemia), leukopenias, nervous system diseases (sciatica, neuritis, neuralgias, Parkinsonism, Little's disease), involutional depression, seborrheic and non-seborrheic dermatitis, shingles, neurodermatitis, psoriasis, exudative diathesis, alcohol withdrawal. It also can be prescribed in motion sickness, Ménière's disease. Pyridoxine hydrochloride prevents or decreases the toxic effects (especially in polyneuritis) in the treatment with anti-tuberculosis drugs. Treatment of pyridoxine-dependent convulsions.
