Sildenafil is a medicine for oral use intended for the treatment of erectile disfunction. During sexual arousal, the medicine restores diminished erectile function by increasing blood flow to the penis.
It is recommended for use in men with erectile disfunction represented by an inability to achieve or maintain penile erection needed for successful coitus.
Sexual arousal is needed for the effective action of Silagra.
The medicine is used orally.
Adults. The recommended dose is 50 mg, and it is used about an hour before sexual activity if needed. Depending on the efficacy and tolerability of the medicine, the dose can be increased to 100 mg or reduced to 25 mg (the medicine in the appropriate dosage is used). The maximum recommended dose is 100 mg.
