Doctor of the pharmaceutical studies, professor. Owner of the 95 patents and trademarks. Founder of the Zagoriy Foundation charity fund. Having worked for the Darnitsa company since 1997, in 2009-2014 he was the CEO of the company.

Since 2019, he has focused on the international direction and development of Darnitsa's strategic partnership with foreign companies for integration into the global pharmaceutical market.

In 2014 -2019 – he worked as a lawmaker in the Ukrainian Parliament, member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on veterans’ affairs. He submitted 47 draft laws, 20 of them have become laws. He was an active participant of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine creation. In 2019 he left politics to return to the big business.
