20 years in HR, 15 of which in the position of the HR Director at large companies in various business spheres.

She has joined Darnitsa’s team since 2016 року.  In 2021 she took up the position of the Business Excellence Director and is in charge of the areas of digital transformation, IT and business analytics of the company.

Darnitsa’s business processes development is an important area of work that requires a strategic vision, assessment of prospects and risks, development of a step-by-step action plan and project management, mobility and balance. I am sure that transformational changes will help us to achieve the desired business results and make business processes in the company more efficient.
