Darnitsa – the Most Expensive Brand in the Pharmaceutical Market of Ukraine

The pharmaceuticals industry took the lead in TOP-5 industries that grew more expensive by the total value of brands at year-end 2019. Darnitsa was recognized as the most expensive pharmaceutical brand of the top list. Such results were published by reputable magazine “NV” in its annual top list “100 Most Expensive Brands of Ukraine”.

The value of pharmaceutical brands increased by 203%. The following industries in the rating are financial services and dairy industry, with the total value of their brands increased by 33% and 26% respectively.

In order to strengthen its leadership in the growing market, Darnitsa carried out rebranding, adopted a new strategy and values. “Our new logo - microscope is the symbol of studies, innovation, search. Darnitsa is in the constant search for new solutions for patients and new opportunities for business development,” Dmytro Shymkiv, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Darnitsa Group, commented.

Authors of the top list of the publication note that the total value of all 100 brands increased by 4.7% in 2019 and amounted to $ 6.2 bln.
