Darnitsa took part in the All-Ukrainian project "Choose the profession of your dreams"

This year, one of the most important priorities of the state in the field of education is the creation of opportunities for Ukrainian young people in order to realize their potential in Ukraine. This problem is extremely relevant now, because the outflow of "brains" from the country is becoming catastrophic.

The All-Ukrainian career guidance and career building project "Choose the profession of your dreams" is aimed at solving this strategic issue, which is implemented by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the State Scientific Institution "Institute for Modernization of the Content of Education" of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Association of Innovative and Digital Education, the company "HR YOU" Educational Hub of the city of Kyiv (a structural subdivision of the Kyiv City State Administration), with the assistance of Tetiana Lomakina, Authorized Adviser of the President of Ukraine concerning barrier-free.

As part of the project, a number of information and educational events on career guidance are taking place, one of which is online excursions to leading enterprises for the maximum number of Ukrainians from all regions of the country to know about the best Ukrainian companies.

The pharmaceutical company "Darnitsa" also joined the project. Every seventh package of medicines on pharmacy shelves in Ukraine is a product of the company "Darnitsa". The Microbiological Analysis Laboratory is the strictest division of the quality department in pharmaceutical production. The indicator "microbiological purity" is in the list of the main indicators of the quality of finished medicines. Microbiologists check raw materials, equipment, premises, air, water and staff. This profession is also in demand in other industries: dairy production, bakery, beer production, etc.

The equipment maintenance engineer is responsible for keeping the equipment functional. The timely release of products directly depends on this profession, to ensure that consumers always have access to medicines in pharmacies when they need it. This profession involves working with foreign specialists. During the purchase of new equipment, engineers go on a business trip abroad to check the quality of equipment, and also receive foreign colleagues at the factory. If you like to work with technology since childhood, then this job will suit you.

Pharmaceutical company "Darnitsa" has a fully automated 12-tier storage complex, unique for Ukraine, using robotic mechanisms. The process is carried out without human intervention, therefore it requires maintenance by IT specialists. Also, the production facilities have complex water / air quality control systems that must meet the strictest standards, which also requires the support of the IT service. Therefore, in addition to the usual maintenance of IT processes in the company, IT specialists in this field have quite interesting tasks.
