“Darnitsa” Invites Everyone Interested to Regular Excursions

The Pharmaceutical Firm “Darnitsa” launched the project of regular excursions. Anyone interested can familiarize with the manufacture of world-class medicinal products. Excursions are free for visitors. In order to visit “Darnitsa” one needs to go through the registration procedure on the web-site.  

We will show our guests how infusion solutions and bottles for them are manufactured, how ampoules are sterilized and how their air tightness is controlled. We will tell what water may be a medicinal product and what cleanness grades exist. The special zest of the excursion tour will be the logistics center – the pride of “Darnitsa”. Built in 2007 by the German company Schäfer Nolan, it was the first and remains the only fully robotic warehouse in the Ukrainian pharmaceutics. Visitors will get acquainted with its “workers” – the robot family named Noresta, will learn the peculiarities of storage of pharmaceutical products and will visit the area where the process takes place without any human intervention.

We are waiting for group applications. Please note that international standards allow us to admit only persons aged 12 and older to the enterprise.

The Pharmaceutical Firm “Darnitsa” was founded in 1930. Since 1998 the company has been the leader in sale of medicinal products by volume. The share of “Darnitsa” in 2018 amounted to 14,4%, which is twice greater than the share of the closest competitor. Each seventh pack of medicines on the shelves of pharmacies is manufactured by “Darnitsa”. The company’s product portfolio includes about 250 different finished pharmaceutical products. The strategic areas of development of the portfolio include cardiology, neurology and pain problems. Products of “Darnitsa” are exported to 16 countries of the world. In 2018 the company increased the net profit by 31,3%, to UAH 449,134 bln.
