Darnitsa among TOP-50 Best Employers According to Forbes

Darnitsa Pharmaceutical Company was included to the list of TOP-50 Best Employers of the country in 2022 according to Forbes. The top list was formed based on the data from open sources, opinions of employment experts and reviews of employees of the company – they were of decisive importance.

Darnitsa’s team numbers 1,127 employees and appropriate working conditions, opportunities for further development and full self-fulfillment have been created for each of them.

For instance, Darnitsa’s employees study free of charge at one of the most prestigious and oldest medical schools in the world - Harvard Medical School. Last year, 20 Darnitsa’s specialists successfully completed the courses, and this year twice as many people want to join the training. Importantly, everyone has access to the training, regardless of their position.

Among other things, Darnitsa’s specialists have the opportunity to improve their knowledge at PublicTalk educational lectures and in the online English speaking club

Darnitsa actively develops the corporate culture with the help of modern technologies. Thus, the company has introduced Workplace by Facebook, an internal corporate social network. The system was introduced in September 2021, and by the end of the year 100% of employees were its users. The social network has helped to increase openness and readiness for dialogue at all levels, as well as to increase the speed of interaction.

Furthermore, SMART HCM and LMS services were launched for the comfort of the company’s employees. The first is designed to automate the work of HR specialists in terms of finding and selecting applicants, setting goals and calculating their implementation, as well as reporting. And the second allows employees to study in the format of online trainings or full-fledged one-year courses. The LMS is based on the SaaS platform, which makes it possible to manage training and evaluation of results. The system can also be used via a smartphone, thus learning anywhere. 

Every member of the team, regardless of his/her position, has health insurance. Darnitsa organizes coronavirus and influenza vaccination for employees.

This is not the first time for Darnitsa, as one of the leaders in the pharmaceutical industry of Ukraine, to be included in the ranking of the best employers in the country. According to the established tradition, Forbes draws up the TOP-50 list together with the popular job search service Work.ua. The basis of the ranking is the questionnaires from employees of companies, filled in anonymously for maximum honesty. This year, the authors received and processed more than 25.5 thousand such questionnaires.

The formation of the position of employers in the ranking was influenced by such criteria as loyalty, which includes the willingness of employees to recommend their jobs to relatives and friends, remuneration, working conditions, employee benefits, information openness, sense of security, etc.
