Darnytsia is Among the Best Employers in Ukraine

Once again the pharmaceutical company 'Darnytsia' has been recognized as one of the best employers in Ukraine, according to Delo.ua.

The rating comprises a total of 50 companies representing strategic sectors of the economy – communications, food industry, metallurgy, banking, trade, pharmaceuticals, logistics. The companies were selected by the editorial board of Delo.ua and a special expert jury.

The main criterion is the employer’s responsibility and consistent investment in people as the main asset of the business.

In addition, there were a number of conditions, which the participating companies had to meet, that Delo.ua and the expert jury took into account.

These were the conditions, in particular, in regards to the projects for resocialization of veterans, the implemented reward and salary policies, investments in corporate education, improvement of staff welfare and innovations used by businesses in the implementation of personnel policy.
