Preventive and hygienic product Panthestin-Darnitsa®,

skin spray, solution

Composition:Each ml solution contains: active ingredients: 50 mg dexpanthenol, 5 mg miramistin; excipients: D,L-pantolactone, purified water.

Pharmaceutical form. Skin spray, solution.

Properties. Solution for external use based on dexpanthenol and miramistin. The product disinfects and promotes healing of wounds, scratches, and cuts. Dexpanthenol is rapidly converted in cells to pantothenic acid, which is one of the most important coenzymes of coenzyme A and has a significant effect on cell metabolism. Pantothenic acid is important for building the epithelium of the skin and mucous membranes. It promotes increased levels of mitosis and increases the strength of collagen fibres in wound healing. Miramistin has a pronounced bactericidal effect on gram-positive and gram-negative, aerobic and anaerobic bacteria in the form of monocultures and microbial associations, including hospital strains resistant to antibiotics, as well as herpes viruses, human immunodeficiency, etc. It has an antifungal effect on ascomycetes of the genus Aspergillus and genus Penicillium, yeast fungi and yeast-like fungi, dermatophytes, fungal microflora. It effectively prevents infection of wounds and burns, activates regeneration processes. It stimulates protective reactions at the site of application, through the activation of the absorption and digestive function of phagocytes, potentiates the activity of the monocyte-macrophage system. It has a pronounced hyperosmolar activity resulting in stopping wound and perifocal inflammation, absorbs purulent exudate, promoting the formation of dry scabs. It does not damage granulations and viable skin cells, does not inhibit marginal epithelialization. It does not have a local irritant effect.
