Angiotensin II antagonists, other combinations
Tiara Trio contains three antihypertensive agents with different mechanisms of blood pressure control in patients with essential hypertension that complement each other - amlodipine is a calcium antagonist, valsartan is an angiotensin II antagonist, and hydrochlorothiazide is a thiazide diuretic. The combination of these three components is characterised by a complementary antihypertensive effect.
Treatment of essential hypertension in adult patients with blood pressure that is adequately controlled with a combination of amlodipine, valsartan, and hydrochlorothiazide used as three separate drugs, or as two drugs one of which is combination.
Dosage and Administration
Tiara Trio can be used regardless of food intake. The tablets should be swallowed whole with water at the same time of day, preferably in the morning.
The recommended dose of Tiara Trio is 1 tablet per day, preferably in the morning.
