Corticosteroids in combination with antiseptics
Trimistin-Darnitsa ointment is a combination medicine for topical use. The active substances are triamcinolone acetonide and myramistin. Triamcinolone is a fluorinated glucocorticosteroid, it has pronounced anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic and anti-exudative effects.

For external use.
In exudation, prior to administration of the medicine, the erosive surface should be treated with 1% boric acid, 3% hydrogen peroxide or 0.05% chlorhexidine digluconate solutions. If needed, the ointment should be applied under a sterile gauze bandage.
