Darnitsa Joined the First All-Ukrainian Inter-University Career Event “Time to Work”

14 November 2022

“Time to Work” is the first joint university-wide career event in Ukraine, which brought together 10 leading universities of Kharkiv, Kyiv, Lviv and stakeholders who make a significant contribution to the professional development of young people and the restoration of our country.

From November 7 to 11, more than 35 employers and more than 50 workshops, cases and HR sessions were waiting for students and graduates online.

During an online presentation, Inna Zyma, HR Manager, told how to build a career at Darnitsa. The barriers and fears of young people at employment were discussed, some myths about the attitude of large companies to specialists without experience were dispelled. Inna also shared tips on how to draw up a better CV, how to behave at an interview and, of course, about job openings at Darnitsa.

“We all remember that feeling when you are a student and there are so many opportunities ahead of you and even more ambitions. You want to conquer the whole world, but there is a lack of confidence in your own abilities, disbelief that you, such a young and still inexperienced specialist, are needed by the employer. Therefore, I told the youth that they should not be afraid, that they can find their place and start a career even at such a large company as our Darnitsa,” Inna Zyma noted.

Organizers of the event: Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman, National University of Kyiv Mohyla Academy, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, “KROK” University, V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, State University of Trade and Economics, Lviv Polytechnic National University, Stepan Gzhytskyi National University of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnologies of Lviv, “Wanted Here” NGO.
