Darnitsa joined Job Expo, the educational and career event

The Pharmaceutical Company Darnitsa continues to cooperate with leading educational institutions of Ukraine in order to help young talents take the first steps in their careers.

This time, the company joined the online career festival for students Job Eхpo, which was held on September 28-29. As part of the event, a series of webinars on the first steps on the professional ladder was held. Also, each of the employers told about open vacancies and internships and about the most necessary skills for successful employment as well.

They also told the students about who and how works in the company and, most importantly, how to become a part of this team.

“Communication with young people is an important vector of work for the personnel management department. Actually, for many students working in a domestic manufacturing company is considered to be old-school and unattractive. That's why the girls and I decided to destroy stereotypes: we tell young people about work at Darnitsa, about modern technologies, digitalization, atmosphere and projects, about the fact that Darnitsa is a modern company. The world is changing - and we are too," Olena Sokolova, HR director of Darnitsa said.
